In the second part of our ‘Back In The Day’ series, we go all the way back to 1982 with Afrika Bambaataa’s ’Planet Rock’. 

This song is considered extremely influencial to the hip-hop genre. It was the first hip-hop record to use a drum machine and it’s influence can be heard in hip-hop styles like G-Funk.
