Al Sharpton Shutting Fox Down

March 22nd, 2008 · No Comments

I wasnt gonna post this but we got alot of emails about this.

Rev Al Sharpton shutting down Greta from Fox News.

Any kind of racism is simply illogical but the pastor’s comments were on the government in the first video and thats simply dfferent to what Don Imus said like Sharpton mentions in the video

Now the 2nd video has some different evidence and many will see it as racist. But Fox News do need need to stop tryna act that Obama’s views are the pastors.

There are some views from Wright that are not aimed at the government and are based on race but if you see, some of it is looking at class in America and politics.

We were talking about this issue here at ‘The Hip-Hop Chronicle’. Its no secret that Fox like Republicans, despite what people think, they are unfair and unbalanced at times. One theory as to why they are saying Obama’s views are the same as his pastors is because Fox News know Obama will beat Hiliary. So they could be trying to discredit Obama now so that McCain will be. If you look at the popularity polls. McCain is becoming popular ever since this whole issue of race has been brought up. People have called Obama a hypocrite, others have said he’s doing the right thing.

Anywhooo…. here’s the video.

Here a comment I will leave on your apparently all-black Hip Hop webpage:

To answer Al Sharpton’s question to Greta on naming one racist remark Jeremiah Wright made against any race:
“Barack knows what it means, living in a country and a culture that is controlled by rich white people,”

    RICH WHITE PEOPLE.

Oh, and I almost forgot about poor Natalie Holloway. In one sermon Mr. Wright (I choose not to address him as Reverend), stated that “one rich little white girl goes down to Aruba and give it up” apparently because it was all over American news stations and the plight of black girls in Africa was not all over American news stations. Maybe that is because they aren’t Americans? There I have given you two racist remarks from Jeremiah Wright. But I am sure you will spin that in another direction rather than comprehend the truth.

Exemployee, you might not like those two quotes, but that doesn’t make them any less true.

    hmm ‘all black hip-hop’ page??

Are you kidding me? It says all racism is illogical. it also says that the pastor does make remarks that arent about the government and actually are based on race. But most of the clips are predominately about class.

We dont agree with what the pastor said about race. You talk about spinning the truth, have you seen Fox News. On Hannity and Holmes they said Obama’s views must be the same as the Pastor. Isnt that spinning the truth?

Not all the comments werent based on race and some were, get over it!

All I know is that when I choose my church, I listened to every word the pastor said. That’s all. Obama said on the 18th of March that he had never sat in the pews and heard his pastor preach like that, then on the 19th he stated that he had sat in the pews and heard some of these statements. Which was the lie? I think he will say anything to be President, just like most politians. However, he has played the race card with most of this campaign. Let’s be honest with each other now. I would love for a black person to be president, it’s about time. Just not this one.

This just serves to prove the black struggle for equality.Blacks have to work twice as hard to get ahead from helping to build a nation and then be called lazy to having negative images and or snippetts broadcast and not the positive ones,to getting flack from a white boss about going to a doctors appointment and then watch a white employee without an excuse take off without problems or without prior approval, to running for president and rising above conservative media smear tactics, throw the kitchen sink at you Clintoness politics.I feel like we should be voting for a president who is best at promoting and uniting global freedom and equality as opposed to promoting and uniting global secrecy, war mongering and dishonesty, Barack Obama has already shown that type of leadership. People from all walks of life are included in his message not just who he feels or think is patriotic enough, apart of a certain party or whom shares his same opinions .

Do black people who put down Barak Obama in the white media think that when the white media calls the black race lazy and violent and not as patriotic think that they are not talking about them……DUH!!!

Are you kidding me? Obama didn’t cut Imus any slack, but we’re supposed to forgive all that stuff that Rev. Wright said? Just sweep it under the rug?

You really do not have a clue do you? First you should take a lesson in spelling and grammar before posting anything.

Now to the meat of your blog/article. At one time Barack Obama was my choice to be President due in part to Hillary’s ineptness and being a liar.

But when you quote a true racist “Al Sharpton” and accuse Fox News as being in the bag with the Republican’s you are off base.

Barack Obama is a Hypocrite of sorts. He was the first politician to state that Imus should be fired. And that he would never have someone like that working on his staff. Yet he had Revered Doctor Jeremiah Wright as an advisor knowing all too well his controversial statements regarding Whites and the U.S. Government.
Senator Obama is a true hypocrite in my opinion. The once brilliant man who spoke well and delivered speeches with substance has now turned into a divider not a uniter.

Get down from Your pulpit and smell the coffee. This may turn the tide for him to the negative which means, Hillary wins and then loses to John McCain in the General Election come November.

    Next time do some research.

Bruce, We stand by the view that Fox lean toward Republicans.

    Like it or lump it!

  • 11 John // Mar 24, 2008 at 6:52 pm

    Bruce, what are you on?

Aint noone quote Al Sharpton. They mentioned thats what Sharpton said. Duh!

U surely are ignorant about the ‘fair and balanced’ newstation.

Do your research! Murdoch said himself that he uses his tv stations and newspapers to influence elections. Havent you seen leaked memos from Fox News editors trying to influence the news to help Republicans. So there not sleeping together, they are having babies together.

Where the heck has he become a divider. Thats your own view.

Wright’s views against the government are all plain to see but i didnt hear the pastor call any female basketballers ‘nappy headed hoes’.

So i think your the one who doesnt have a clue.

  • 12 John // Mar 24, 2008 at 7:19 pm

The first clip is about the government. The second clip is a social comment. And the third clip is based on class .

Im still searching for a racist statement on the same level as ‘nappy headed hoes’ like Imus said. He says rich white folk, but are you now saying that you cant say white rich folk?

He make charges and thats it. That Bruce dude is on some next shit. Bruce watch this:
