Jay-Z has shot down rumours that his Las Vegas 40/40 Club is in trouble. Rumours were circulating that Jay’s relationship with multibillionaire landlord Sheldon Adelson was strained and that he was upset at Jay. But the Hip-Hop mogul has said otherwise.

“Our landlords are great, and we respect their input … He actually appeared very pleased, and a week after that visit, he held his grand-opening party at the club. He has only been there twice (and I) would love to have him back. I’d move walls if he so desired.”

Jay-Z’s publicist Ron Berkowitz said rumours have no base and just people trying to start a rumour

“We are high profile and targets for rumors and false accusations.”

Jay-Z later added

“We have met our financial projections well above our expectations. Business is great. We have conquered all the operational goals and are pleased with the results.”

I guess its the price you pay for fame, people hate when your successful. People need to start respecting the moves Jay’s making.
