Jay-Z is planning several parties to celebrate his forthcoming Glastonbury festival appearance.

The Hip Hop mogul, MC and businessman has apparently ordered £300 bottles of Armand De Brignac champagne for his parties, which is believed to be taking place in both the States and UK.

Jay-Z will performing at Glastonbury later this month, despite criticism from various people. Jay recently came out and responded to Noel Gallagher’s comments that Hip Hop doesnt belong at Glastobury.

Jay said:

“We don’t play guitars but hip-hop has put in its work like any other form of music. “The world changes and we have to embrace the change. I’ve never been involved in anything this controversial. What’s the big deal about doing a show?”

Jay-Z is a professional and he is certainly good at what he does. All this criticism towards him will only make him more determined to put on a better performance. Think about all those who have doubted Jay-Z and how does he respond; by proving them wrong.
