Last week, The Hip Hop Chronicle attended the successful O2 Wireless Festival, which Jay-Z headlined. It was the first day of the festival and it was amazing. Some of the UK’s top Hip Hop/Grime artists were performing.
The Hip Hop Chronicle caught up with Dizzee Rascal, Wiley, Tini Tempah.

Currently Wiley has a fantastic track called ‘Wearing My Rolex’, which has taken the UK by storm. He was chilling and a pleasure to speak too. Respect to him for putting us ahead of many others TV stations.
Wiley recently joined Hot Chip on stage at Glastonbury but at the O2 Wireless Festival, he joined Mark Ronson for a special rendition of ‘Wearing My Rolex’. His energy was on point and he rocked the crowd. Its an amazing sight when you see middle-age ladies singing along to his tracks.

Tinie Tempah
Tinie Tempah has toured with some of the biggest acts in the UK. He’s now ready to take the world by storm.
He’s a star in the making. He spoke to us about his set at the festival, what we can expect from him in the future and the potential of Grime and Hip Hop.
