Katt Williams did not host this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta, T-Pain did!

Rumours were swirling around that Katt got arrested, didnt show among other rumours but it seems like Katt Williams lost a bet to T-Pain and he had to give the presenter spot to Pain.

According to Lowkey’s P.O.V. blog Katt Williams & T-Pain were kicking it, Katt challenged the R&B artist to a break dance comp, thinking that he’d win. T-Pain accepted the challenge and won. He said if he wins, he gets to present the awards show.

Here’s what Stephen Hill, Executive VP of BET Networks said

“So we were all hanging out last night and Katt bets T-Pain couldn’t beat him in a break dance battle. Not knowing T-Pain was an extremely DOPE break dancer, Katt thought it was an easy win. T-Pain said if I win, I get to host the Hip-Hop Awards.”
