Today is the day where America decides its next President. Voters across the country in different States have been queuing for hours to place their vote for either Barack Obama or John McCain.

Happy Birthday To Diddy (who shares the same born day as me)

Two vocal supporters for Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama have been Hip Hop superstar’s Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. Both the megastars have been urging voters to vote while the former has held free concerts for the Obama campaign.

Now The Hip Hop Chronicle understands that Jay-Z and Diddy have been asked not to attend the Obama Rally in Grant Part Chicago.

The Chicago Sun Times reports

“The Obama campaign has reportedly asked some of his famous supporters stay away from his rally Tuesday night in Chicago’s Grant Park, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. Although the campaign is reportedly grateful for the high-profile support, several prominent celebs have reportedly been asked “politely but very firmly” to skip the rally and focus on attending the Obama inauguration in January, should that occur.”

Not sure if this is official but I am also hearing that Ben Affleck and Susan Sarandon have also been told to stay away.

Reports suggest that a million people will be attending the Obama Rally in Chicago.
