While I was in New York, I caught up with Joell Ortiz at the studio in Queens.
In this interview he speaks on how the Slaughterhouse conversation went down.
He confirms that they are working on a album and that he hopes Free Agent to be dropping in the Spring.
We also spoke on how this new album will differ from his last. Whether the lyrical MC is making a comeback.
We get interrupted as Joell’s Chinese food arrives (he got Chicken & Broccoli with Brown Rice lol) but he did confirm he’s working on a few mixtapes, one of them being the Pounds and Dollars Mixtape with UK’s own DJ Semtex.
