K-Swiss - Going Back To The Classics!
K-Swiss are going old school this year.
The footwear giants have announced that they are re-mastering their “Classic” line of sneakers.
The original white K-Swiss kicks were made back in 1966 and the company has decided to relaunch them but with the comfort of today’s trainers.
Having logged onto their website, I was impressed and although I have loads of K-Swiss kicks and after checking out the new line, I will be adding more to my collection.
Sneakers is part of the Hip Hop look. If you cant have wack trainers and alot of Hip Hop heads all have at least one pair of K-Swiss kicks. The Sneaker culture itself is very vibrant. Artists like Fat Joe and millions across the world buy and seek out exclusive kicks for sneaker battles.
But not only has the footwear company penetrated Hip Hop culture, it has also been a permanant fixture in sporting culture. Next week here in the UK will see the start of tennis tournament “Wimbledon”. It was at this tournament in 1966 that the K-Swiss classic was first seen.
And now that actor and model Ed Westwick is the new face of the company, it shows that the K-Swiss brand is one that continues to go from strength to strength.
Be sure to log on to K-Swiss’ website to check out the new line - http://kspace.kswiss.com/#/
