A few hours ago I had the opportunity to interview the Mighty Souls Of Mischief (minus A Plus). It was a pretty long interview so I had to cut it into two parts.

Part 1

In Part 1 The group explain how KRS-ONE was one of the rappers who taught them how to put songs together. They also speak to me about diversity in their music and in Hip Hop.

Opio also explains how music companies force negative stereotypes to young Afro-Americans.

Part 2

In Part 2, The group speak to me about their most memorable studio memories and they reveal how Kenny Parker used to school them back in 1992.

I also ask them whether the real Morgan Freeman appears on a skit for their new album to which they said “you gotta ask Prince Paul”. They also explain that they arent dissing Webbie, Rich Boy & D4L on the skit.
