Lupe Fiasco has cleared up his rumoured retirement in an interview. The Chicago emcee who has been back and forth with his record label Atlantic has been vocal on his distaste for the majors, and his plans to go independent after his final album under his contract with Atlantic is released. Over the last few weeks, Lupe Fiasco has alluded to the his early retirement from rap and a transition into literature. Whilst over the in Australia, Lupe sat down with Music Feed for an interview and clarified where he stands concerning his retirement. He even considers a name change.
