Kanye West could face a two-year prison sentence after a L.A. City Attorney charged him with three criminal misdemeanours when the rapper attempted to stop a paparazzi taking pictures of him.
In September of last year, West and his business manager, Don Crowley were arrested at LAX airport after he smashed a photographer’s camera to the floor. Kanye has been charged with one count of vandalism, one count of grand theft and one count of battery, while Crowley was charged with two counts of vandalism, two counts of grand theft and two counts of battery.
The incident was caught on videotape and the two are scheduled for arraignment on April 14th.
