The BET Hip Hop Awards get underway next month. Here are the nominees for the awards. I am very interested in who will win the Best Hip Hop Site award (being a blogger myself). Jay-Z and Drake got a bunch of nominations as did Nicki Minaj. Best Hip Hop Album will be a tough catergory. After the jump is the full nominations list.

Ms. Drama attends the Interscope after party at Mr. Chows (the BET Dinner) where Keri Hilson mentions upcoming album w/ production by Polow da Don and Timbaland. Troy Marshall serves as host for the star-studded event and introduces and shares the mic with Soulja Boy for a performance. Also, Troy introduces Kiki Palmer (from Akeelah the Bee) as the newest artist on Interscope Records.  

The BET Awards went down yesterday. Drake, Nicki Minaj, Beyonce & Rihanna were all winners last night. Chris Brown did a tribute to Michael Jackson but broke down crying during it.
