Note, the sample at the beginning (im sure!) is from the Bollywood song called ‘De De Pyar De’ (which basically means ’give me love’). The song is taken from the hit movie ‘Sharabi’ (‘Alcoholic’) which starred the legendary actor Amitabh Bachan. The movie is classic and Im really shocked that Madlib sampled that. Thats dope. Its the film that has taken Hollywood by storm and now Slumdog Millionaire has presented UK artist M.I.A.’s label with a Golden Globe.
