Tim Westwood, the ‘Big Dawg’ from Pimp my Ride UK and BBC Radio 1 has taken his love for tricked-out machines one step further by doing his Christmas shopping with the WKD Hot Rod shopping trolley.
Photographed in Kingston, Westwood tackled the crowds with this aisle-marauding monster in the hope that he will inspire those blokes who leave the Christmas shopping to the last minute to get out into the busy streets. The WKD Hot Rod boasts fat 225 white wall tyres, a big bore chrome exhaust and whale tail spoiler, perfect for cruising the mall in style.
WKD conceived the hot rod to make shopping more appealing for men and are currently in discussion with major supermarkets about trialling the Hot Rod in stores.
