What do Sha Money, Lord Finesse, Just Blaze, Alchemist, Evidence (Dilated Peoples), Buckwild, Havoc Madlib and Joey Chavez have in common?
They have been worked with UK producer, Juliano Creator.

Now Juilano is back with a brand new album called ‘Heavyweight’.
The album which is out February 17th 2007 will feature Little Brother, Joell Ortiz, Evidence, Glasses Malone, Craig G, Guilty Simpson, The Beatnuts and many more.
Queensbridge duo Mobb Deep also appear on the album. The track ‘Heat was recorded in Paris at 2am after a show in London. It was a crazy session.
Juilano explains
“We found out that we could do a Mobb Deep record at like 2am when we where with Havoc, Prodigy and Alchemist in a hotel in London after a show. The only problem was that we had to go to Paris where a studio was booked the next day. So we booked a ferry, jumped in the car with a MPC and disks and off we went. 36 hours later without any sleep, Havoc and Prodigy had laced the record Storm had signed it off and were gone. Incredible”
Juilano’s record collection started at the age of 10 when he bought his first from his big brother who was a rock n roll DJ. Now, him and his team travel the world sourcing rare records for their own productions and some of the biggest producers in Hip Hop.

Juliano first made steps into Hip Hop back in ‘92 when he decided that music was now much more than a hobby and hopped on a plane straight to New York with a bag of records that he knew no one in the US had heard and a sampler under his arm.
He hooked up with people like Natural Elements, Two Face/Big Kwam, Big Twann and DJ Spinna and started making records for real.
People like DJ Mayhem, Stretch Armstrong, Matt Fingers and Funkmaster Flex are the people that helped put Juliano on the map, by playing his joints on the radio and making connections with any and everyone. He still says 15 years on ‘I owe my career to those people’.
He has started to make records and has set up his own label Creative Entertainment to put them out.
Juliano started a project called The Creators, in which he and his beat partner Sip Spex decided to put together a record called ‘The Weight’. They worked with the likes of Mos Def and Talib Kweli, Craig G and Will Pack, Consequence, El de Sensei and Diamond D.
His success continued with TV music for advertising campaigns including Hugo Boss and Sony, Rare Funk Compilations that he compiled, production and remix credits on hit singles for artists like Nas and Dilated Peoples.

Legendary Queensbridge producer Marley Marl and ‘Juice Crew’ member Craig G are going back in time to release a new album entitled ‘Operation: Take Back Hip-Hop’. The album will be released this spring on Philly’s ‘Good Hand Records’.
Last year, KRS-One and Marley Marl teamed up on their album ‘Hip-Hop Lives’, 20 years after the Boggie Down Productions and Juice Crew beef.

Heres what Craig G said on the album.
“Marley and I are trying to make change through music. This is my passion, this is what raised me, and I refuse to stand by and watch my culture get destroyed any further with poor quality music.”
Producer Marl will be producing most the album and will feature Sadat X, Brooklyn’s Talib Kweli and KRS-One.
Marley’s message was “True Hip Hop fans stand up, Operation: Take Back Hip-Hop is what you’ve been waiting for.”
