Foxy Brown was arrested by police today after she allegedly had an argument with a neighbour. The neighbour told the cops that Foxy had been screaming at her. But it’s emerged that this could be false. The rapper’s manager tells TMZ that the neighbour was in fact screaming at Brown, who simply ignored her.
