The Nominations for the 52nd annual Grammy Awards took place last night. LL Cool J opened proceedings with a freestyle medley. Maxwell performed a tribute to Michael Jackson and the Black Eyed Peas rocked the stage. There is no Rap artists up for top gongs like “Song Of The Year”, “Album Of The Year” or “Record Of The Year”.
